Join our dynamic team as a Youth Services Assistant at the Lawrenceburg Public Library District!

 Are you passionate about fostering a love for reading and learning in young minds? Do you enjoy creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for library users of all ages? If so, we want you on our team!

 As a Youth Services Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in providing direct services to our youngest patrons while also assisting students and adults in utilizing all that our library has to offer. From recommending the perfect book to providing valuable reference assistance, your contributions will help shape the library experience for countless individuals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Engaging with customers in the Youth Services Department
• Assisting with clerical tasks to support library operations
• Contributing to departmental goals and activities
• Providing friendly and knowledgeable reference and readers’ advisory services
